Wrestling Bios Presents - The Story of D-Generation X: 1997 - 2000 • This video is a continuation from my previous DX video found here: • The Beginning of D-Generation X • After the previous DX video uploaded last week, it seems that viewers wanted more. Proving that D-Generation X is still popular and well remembered by wrestling fans around the world. DX really were a groundbreaking faction in the WWE. • The previous video ended around Survivor Series 1997 with the remainder of Shawn Michaels and Triple H's 1997 and 1998 time in DX just glossed over. This video picks right up at the Survivor Series and looks at Shawn Michaels feud with Ken Shamrock. From here, we look at the 1998 Royal Rumble where Shawn Michaels faced The Undertaker in a casket match. • After WrestleMania 14, Shawn Michaels left the WWF. It was up to Triple H to form a new DX faction, and he done this the night after Mania. X-Pac and The New Age Outlaws joined Chyna and Triple H in forming this D-Generation X, and it didn't take long for them to became an extremely popular and entertaining group. DX would go on to feud with The Nation and The Corporation, picking up championships along the way. • After Triple H had an excellent feud with The Rock which resulted in him winning the Intercontinental Championship, he wanted more. Hunter wanted the WWF Championship, and he decided that in order to achieve this goal, he would need to go solo. Triple H and his desire to win the biggest prize in the WWE led to the end of DX, and while the group would return and reunite on a few occasions, the group was now totally centered around Triple H. • This mini documentary from Wrestling Bios takes a look at D-Generation X from 1998 and 2000 (while also covering some key moments from 1997 that were spoke about briefly in the previous DX video).
