NPCs, Radroaches, Deathclaws, and Robots: everything will have the legendary effect of having two health bars and being extremely overleveled... while I, a simple lone wanderer, must try and survive. • In today's video I'll attempt to finish the game with every enemy being legendary on survival... with no use of mods or exploits.
