I am the first to admit, I am pleasantly surprised. This tent is not a novelty item and in my opinion is a product that has been well designed by people who clearly love adventure and have an appreciation for the challenges us outdoor types face when base camping. As mentioned earlier, this is not a hiking tent and is best suited to base camping near your vehicle.
