Keema Pasta Bake • Keema Ingredients; • 2 finely chopped medium onions • 4-5 tbsp oil • 1 tsp of garlic paste (or 3 cloves) • 1 tsp of ginger paste (or thumb size piece) • 1 lbs of lamb mince (Keema) • 2 tsp of salt • 1.5tsp red chilli powder • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder • 500ml water • 200ml passata or puréed tinned tomatoes • 2 bullet chillies (optional) • 3 tbsp coriander • Cheese or white sauce; • 2 x 36g cheese sauce packets • 800ml whole milk • Other; • 400g pasta (any pasta of choice) • 250g grated mozzarella • 2tsp mixed herbs • • Keema recipe: • RTF - Keema Recipe (Mince Curry) • • Music: Marathon • Musician: Sapajou
