Anoxia Meaning

I've had the Anoxia melody stuck in my head for a lil while now. Something about it just flows so well. (heh... flows...) Eventually, I just decided to straight up remaster the whole dang song. I had other reasons too, mostly just a desire to redo the mixing bc the original was really messy. • So, here's the thing. I've always had a weird... Fascination with drowning. Yeah... Fascination... I don't think YouTube'll destroy me for putting it like that. (fictional only btw i think it's reasonable to be interested in this stuff in a fictional setting while still not enjoying it happening irl unlike some... other interests ...) That interest I had in the concept, along with a new sample pack I had just bought is what lead me to create Anoxia. A track meant to invoke fear, panic, and anxiety like how a death by drowning would. After I uploaded the original, I felt it was too short, so I decided to extend it. That extended version remained the official version of Anoxia... Until now. • Alright, that's all I gotta say.
