#recipe #shortsfeed #food #cooking #soup #souprecipe #manchowsouprecipe #manchowsoup • FRIED NOODLES • • Noodles packet - 1 nos. • Salt to taste • Cornstarch - 2 tbsp • Oil - 2 tbsp • Oil for frying • • MANCHOW SOUP • • Oil - 2 tbsp • Garlic - 4 tbsp (chopped) • Ginger - 2 tbsp (chopped) • Coriander Stems - 1 tbsp (chopped) • Green Chilies - 2-3 nos. • Cabbage - 1/2 nos. (Small) • Carrot - 1 nos. (Small) • Beans - 5-8 nos. • Capsicum - 1 nos. • Mushroom - 1/3 cup (chopped) • Tofu - 1/2 cup • Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2 tbsp • Light Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp • Vinegar - 2 tsp • White Pepper - 2 tsp • Sugar - 1 tsp • Aromat Powder - 2 tsp • Cornstarch Slurry - 2-3 tbsp • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped) • Spring Onion Greens - 2 tbsp (chopped) • • RECIPE - • • Add oil in a wok and then saute garlic, ginger, coriander stems and green chilies. • • Once fragrant add all the chopped veggies and season them up with some salt. • • While the veggies are sauteing make a quick stock using 1 cube of Maggie stock cube and 500 ml of water. • • Then add the stock in the wok along with all the seasonings mentioned above. • • While that's simmering make a Cornstarch Slurry with 4 tbsp of Cornstarch and 4 tbsp of water. Remember if your soup doesn't thicken you can add more cornstarch later. • • Then add the slurry in the soup and keep stirring while it thickens. • • Once it reaches your desired consistency check for seasoning. If it tastes a little bland, then add more salt and pepper. • • Lastly add some freshly chopped Coriander and Spring onion greens. • • Serve it hot with some fried noodles and enjoy !!
