Dr. Bill Andrews, in this presentation, explains human aging and how it is associated with the length of telomeres, additionally providing a solution to human aging, and even reverse human aging, through the use of gene therapy and extending the length of the telomeres. Dr. Andrews explains the process of clinical trials, the treatments that have been tested on animals in the past, and moving forward through the pay-to-play model, allowing opportunities for human testing. All this and more thoroughly explained within this video presentation. • Dr. Bill Andrews explains that telomeres are the ends of the chromosome when the chromosomes divide the length of the telomere shortens as we age. Providing a solution to this problem, Bill Andrews explains through the use of gene therapy and introducing a Telomerase gene, not only will the length of a telomere not shorten, but it can be lengthened, as a result REVERSING the effects of human aging. • Dr. Bill Andrews has been closely involved in several clinical studies, these include HGH, tPA, EPO, Thrombomodulin, BetaSeron, and most especially Telomerase. During these processes Dr. Andrews makes it clear that every single one of these products were previously untested and unproven until they were finally tested and proven, meaning we will never know the TRUE effects these products on humans until they are treated on humans. Many Telomerase trials have been deliberated on animals. The trials on mice, as Bill explains, have been able to REVERSE the effects of aging in mice by extending their telomeres through the use of telomerase. • Additionally, Dr. Bill Andrews explains the following steps moving forward to continue these trials and expanding beyond the usual tests on mice, and instead, using animals that are similar to a human. Bill Andrews proposes testing on Madame Berthe's Mouse Lemur, these are the world's smallest primate and are only found in Madagascar. Dr. Andrews hopes to see the benefits of reversing aging in these animals, if and when they are treated with telomerase gene therapy. • A more direct approach is testing directly humans. Telomerase gene therapy clinical studies can be tested on humans with the funding of $1 million, this is the cost of the trial itself, and is NOT profit towards the company providing the trials. To make this possible Bill Andrews explains the necessity of investors and government funding. Additional the Pay-to-Play model, FDA regulations permit such trials in extraordinary circumstances, such as when the drug being tested has a price tag so high that the trial couldn't otherwise be run, this makes the treatment a suitable candidate for the Pay-to-Play model. • Please watch and enjoy the detailed explanation presented by Dr. Bill Andrews in this video, for more accurate and concise information regarding Sierra Sciences, and Libella's efforts in their fight to cure human aging. • For more information, please visit Sierra Sciences website: • https://www.sierrasci.com/
