You complete a phase by meeting its requirements. A “set” is cards of the same number and a “run” is non-repeating cards in sequential order. Wild cards can be used as any color or number. • To play cards down, you must fully complete the phase you are on in your hand before playing it. You cannot play down an incomplete phase. Once your phase is played, and only then, you are allowed to play cards on other people’s phases so long as the cards properly fit into their phases. Once a card is played down, you cannot rearrange it. • Once a player has played all their cards the round ends. All players who played down their phase continue on to the next phase. Those that didn’t make their phase that round stay at that phase during the next round, and the next, until they make it. • When a round ends, players receive points for the cards in their hands. Cards numbered 1-9 are worth 5 points each. 10-12 are worth 10 points each. Skips are worth 15 points and Wilds are worth 25. • The dealer rotates clockwise by one, shuffles all the cards and deals out 10 new cards for the next round. Repeat this process until a player completes phase 10. • If a player plays a skip, they choose 1 player who misses their turn this round. Only one skip may be used on a player per round and you may not pick up a skip from the discard pile. At the start of the game, if the dealer flips over a skip, immediately skip the first player. • The first player to complete all 10 phases wins. In the event of a tie, the player with the lowest score is the winner.
