A tasty Esqueixada recipe perfect for spanish food lovers! Do you know how to make catalan dish Esqueixada de Bacallà (or Esqueixada de Bacalao)? Don't worry! We prepared a very easy 10 minutes recipe that you can do by yourself at home! • This recipe is also perfect for travellers and tourists that are staying at a holiday apartment and want to try cooking some local food during their stay :) • Esqueixada is a salad prepared of hand-torn cod, onions, black olives, dressing, tomatoes, and sometimes hard boiled eggs.
