In this episode I give a portfolio update and share my latest purchase of GD (General Dynamics Corporation), and share some news related to the companies in the portfolio like SKT (Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc.) who has reinstated their cash dividend so they will for fill their obligation to qualify as a REIT (Real estate investment trust).
