Double acting baking powder will make your cakes rise and it makes your egg rise too. • You will need 2 or 3 large eggs, depending upon your appetite. 1/8 teaspoon of double acting BAKING POWDER. 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of butter, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese. • I'm using a Calphalon anodized aluminum skillet to cook my eggs.
