Morse Code was written by Ricki Duffy and Jonathan Rowe on the way back from a show. Jon was beat-boxing non-stop so Ricki finally joined in with some lyrics. While just calling it The Beat-Box Song , a friend asked What language is that Jon!? right after the performance of it and Ricki responded with Morse Code! . It was just a joke but it somehow stuck and became the song title AND the band's name. • We'd like to give a HUGE THANKS to the Hot Shops and Tim for letting us use the building to shoot the video in and also an even bigger thanks to Kyle Forest for his time and efforts in filming this among other videos for us along with contributing photography to the band.
