Promised you guys to do a follow-up video about my fitness progress so here it is!!! My journey from 3 months when I started being intentional about my diet and fitness until now, 8 months postpartum. • We all have different struggles and mine is to build strength, define muscles and balance. I’ve been extremely dedicated (as some of you who follow me on IG know! Who remembers the -30-degree weather that didn’t stop me from getting to that gym??) and made it into a habit! I’m doing this for my kids and myself so I can be a good example and have enough energy and patience to deal with life with 3 boys :))) I’ll keep recording my progress!!
