These Landmine Row variations are a great way to add in some upper body press volume to your programming. Not only are they great for development of the upper back musculature they also require a great deal of lower body and abdominal recruitment to help stabilise the movements. As opposed to other seated or chest supported pulling exercises. • Today I’ve demonstrated a Landmine T-bar Row, Pendlay Row as well as a couple of days unilateral row movements and also a push press and push jerk. Of which there is also an anti-rotation component of the lift which is highly beneficial to most athletes. • The T-Bar Tow Pendlay can be programmed as a main strength lift (3-5 sets of 3-6 reps) or as an accessory lift (2-4 sets of 6-12 reps). We would generally only use the single arm movement as part of the accessory programming • #MomentumPT #Momentum #BeUnstoppable #TrainingTip #melbourne • Get 7 days of free access to our daily online program on Train Heroic. • https://marketplace.trainheroic.com/w... • Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/momentumpt/... • Find us on Facebook: / momentumptaus
