Make Turkish Manti easy style only in 20 minutes. Turkish mantı is one of the traditional dishes in Turkish cuisine. It is similar to ravioli, the hand made pasta has uncooked meat, onion filling. We are going to make an easier version with pasta, ground meat topping, and yogurt, mint sauce. It is probably one of the easiest feasts you can cook in 20 minutes :) • Ingredients For Turkish Easy Manti: • 300gr. ground beef (or use half beef, half lamb) • 1 medium-size onion • 3-4 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp each salt, ground black pepper, sweet paprika • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 2-3 cloves of garlic • For the pasta: • 500gr. packet bow tie, farfalle pasta • 1 tbsp butter • 2-3 tbsp olive oil • salt • Also: • About 2 cups plain yogurt (take out from fridge 20 minutes before the serving time and whisk lightly.
