I’ve received a few messages recently that some of you haven’t been receiving notifications of my posts. I’ve spoken to YouTube Creator Support and they’ve provided some solutions: • Problems with notifications? The common reasons why a subscriber will not receive notifications. • 1. They are not actually subscribed to your channel, but are confused by “Recommended video” notifications. • 2. Their bell icon setting is set to “personalized” rather than “all” notifications. This resets if they unsubscribe and resubscribe. • 3. Their greater YouTube notification settings are set to “None” for channel notifications. • 4. They aren’t logged in. • 5. Their device level notification settings are overriding their YouTube settings • Another reasons viewers may not be receiving notifications. • 1.
