The 80mm extruder is now producing film width up to 1700mm and reaching over 150kg per hour. The two-section screw design gives excellent mixing of recycled material and calcium carbonate compound. The bimetallic treatment prevents the screw from wearing out fast working with a large amount of abrasive material. • The machine is equipped with rotary die and hydraulic screen changer. The bubble stabilizer is made of plastic to avoid scratches on the film surface. • This blown film equipment is able to produce LDPE in addition HDPE film by a flexible change on the die head and cooling air ring.
