The game is very simple to play but takes a little bit of getting used to. You take control of a little baby that has just been shot out of a pregnant woman's you know where. The game setting takes place in only 3 different locations: a hospital, park, or a mall. The three levels all have slightly different looks to them, but basically the concept is the same for all three.
