Not trash, but not good. Many people think she's one of, if not the worst frames. I don't think so, but I do think she is very not up to par. But our new discovery courtesy of Azim/Kitten Tamer grants us what we always wanted; a standalone Yareli that works without Helminths. Where Helminth is just add-on utility, rather than revolving the kit around it. We have another Riptide build here, except this time it isn't for DPS. We have succeeded in turning Riptide into a proper grouping tool, as the largest radius grouping tool in the entire game with forced ragdoll. So it doubles both as massive CC and DPS setup. • The last hurdle was always the frozen animation while casting it, but now we can animation cancel her Riptide with an ironically non-Natural Talent build to give us more time to DPS the succ, since it doesn't last very long. The cancels allow further holster reload synergy, Vigorous Swap auto-procs, and i-frame spam that make it very, very difficult for enemies to kill you. While the DPS window is limited and few candidates were up to the task, we did succeed with Trumna and Kuva Zarr. But Trumna can't self-charge it's altfire off her Riptide like she can with Zephyr's Tornadoes. So while Trumna can obliterate, it can only do it when stacks are up. Therefore, we turned to Zarr, favoured by its massive fire rate spam to squeeze as much burst DPS as possible in. • The horrible reload was solved by holster reload mechanics during DPS downtime. Envoy's slow fire rate and projectile, Bramma's charge time, Tonkor's tiny magazine all contributed to their inability in acquiring sufficient DPS for Riptide. We chose a Slash Zarr over a corrosive setup because it allows you to continue DPS through bleeds if you were unable to kill them outright while sucked, which minimizes AoE falloff. Forced holster on Merulina, and utility glaive movement tech helps you further to ensure Zarr is always on a 4 or 5 magazine for your next DPS burst. • If you have any questions, feel free to ask. • __________________________________________________________ • / aznvasions • I now also stream on Twitch!
