Potato Tortilla Fold Wrap with Mozzarella and Tomato • Ingredients: • • Olive oil • • Potatoes, thinly sliced • • Salt, to taste • • Garlic pepper seasoning, to taste • • Grated Parmesan cheese • • Mozzarella cheese • • Tomato, sliced • • Lettuce leaves, as needed • Sauce: • • Japanese mayonnaise • • Horseradish • • Dijon mustard • • Garlic chili hot sauce • • Lime juice • Instructions: • 1. Arrange thin potato slices on a sheet of parchment paper, overlapping slightly, to form a large round shape. • 2. Brush the potato round with olive oil, then season with salt, garlic pepper, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. • 3. Place the parchment with potatoes in an air fryer oven (or regular oven) at 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy around the edges. • 4. While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing Japanese mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, garlic chili hot sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl. • 5. When the potato tortilla is ready, flip it over and place a slice of mozzarella cheese on one quarter, sliced tomatoes on the second, lettuce on the third, and spread the sauce on the last quarter. • 6.
