In our opinion after visiting many different islands and snorkeling at all of them, we found Smiths Reef to offer the most beautiful reefs that are filled with fish, turtles, sharks, rays, and much more. • Smiths Reef is also the largest reef off of Provo that is accessible from the beach. It's located just two blocks away from scooter bobs.
