A very quick and easy beet recipe that Dr. Joe Galati explains. Simply stated: • 1. Buy 3-4 medium sized beets • 2. Remove stems • 3. Fill a baking pan with 1/2 in water • 4. Place beet in the pan and cover TIGHTLY with aluminum foil • 5. Place in the over at 350 degrees for 40 minutes • 6. Allow to cool - keeping the foil on • 7. When you can handle the beets by hand, peel off the skin by hand or with a knife • 8.
