In this video I describe a problem on the CTD control on the Fox Evolution series 2014 fork. • The problem is caused because the little part that control each CTD position is loose from the shaft that it is suposed to be attached (glued) to. • To fix this you have to completely open the damper side of the suspension. Unscrew the set that contains the CTD (blue) control from the black tube, and re-glue the part that is loose to the shaft. At first you don´n need to remove the shaft that controls the rebound off the black tube (I removed cause I didn´t knew that). • OBS.: There´s a lot of oil inside the black tube (about 80ml), so watch out when unscrewing the set from the tube. • You´re going to find a basic guide to reassemble everything on the video. • OBS.: Be alert because you have to clock the grooves of the internal shaft (the brownish one) with the housing of the little ball and spring, located on the head of the set. • OBS.: After all I used 80ml of 15w fork motorcycle oil (on video I said 75ml). • Forum where I found the info to do this job: • https://forums.mtbr.com/shocks-suspen... • Lots of schemes and usefull information here as well: • https://www.ridefox.com/fox17/help.ph... • If you have any doubts that I can help, please, do comment and I´ll answer asap. • Cheers!
