In this video I will show from start to finish how I took a bare aluminum 1997 Basstracker Pro 17 and turned it into a fishing machine! • This video features footage of the full aluminum bass boat build from bare and stripped to built and mint. You'll find info on stripping and gutting boat, carpet prep, carpeting a bass boat, mounting aluminum lids, installing gas struts, batteries and battery trays, upgrading the livewell with recirculation pumps and variable livewell timer, new bilge pump, sealing wood decking properly, installing new deck and floor parts, painting steering consol, wiring boat and full electronics, Gator Skinz on bow and stern, and of course some tips and tricks along the way! • The video shows a majority of the work with voice overs explaining the process.
