Enjoy! • SUBSCRIBE to the channel! 👉 http://bit.ly/2Hd7EEV • 🥣 REICPE • Ingredients • 8 g dry yeast • 1 tablespoon sugar • 250 ml of water • 100 ml olive oil or sunflower oil • 520 g all purpose flour. • 1 teaspoon salt • Sesame • Method • We start our recipe by taking a bowl and dissolving the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Then add the oil and stir. • Add about half the flour, salt and mix. Then, add the rest of the flour little by little and continue to mix until it becomes dough. • Then, we oil our hands and work the dough for about 10 minutes. Cover it and let it rest for 2 hours. • When the dough is ready, shape it lightly, with oiled hands and open it in a phyllo sheet. Then we place it in a pan with non-stick paper. Cover and let it rise for another 45 minutes. • Finally, we push it with our fingers, as shown in the video and sprinkle with enough sesame seeds.
