Haley introduced me to the 30 Days Shred by Jillian Michaels almost 4 years ago. At the beginning I wasn't able to do all exercises, but already after several repetitions I was able to keep up with it. Nowadays I do it when I don't have much time or can't go to the gym. You don't need much space nor equipment. • If you have knee problems/injuries I would recommand just modifying some of the exersices, e.g. replace jumping jacks by boxing or walking.
