Karen had been volunteering in her local Oxfam Bookshop for more than 12 years, when for health reasons, she had to stop volunteering. But coming back to the shop has made the world of difference to Karen, who continues volunteering to make a difference in the world. It gets me out the house, which is important to go and talk to other people and work with other people. It's lovely, I am so pleased to be back .
