Picanha on the Grill Brazilian Style • Ingredients: • For the Picanha: • 2 picanha steaks • Black Gold supercharged from Angus Oink • Tomato salad: • 2 large tomatoes, diced • 1 bell pepper (green and yellow), diced • For the Green Salad: • Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.) • 1 cucumber, sliced • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional) • Balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of your choice • For the Potato Salad: • 4 medium potatoes, boiled and diced • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped • 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste • Instructions: • 1.
