https://www.jenna-watson.com/travelwi... • The Mountains. • My jaw dropped when I entered this town. I fell in love in seconds. • Hakuba is a windy drive through the mountains from Nagano. I took the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Nagano and then rented a car and MAN was it worth it for this view. • Did you know that hakuba hosted several events in the Winter Olympics in 1998?! Yah me either but there were tons of signs around the town. • I can for sure tell that this town is a ski town. A lot of it was shut down because it was off season so I was difficult to find food (shoutout to Lawson for my meals) • It made me want to come back during peak season because I cannot imagine the views during the winter!
