I prefer to eat this as my lunch a lot of times because a bowl of this salad is a meal in itself. • Traditionally koshimbir is made with Dahi (curd or yogurt) along with the other ingredients we have mentioned below but in this recipe, we have skipped the Dahi and made this a like a salad that you can easily carry in your lunch box or make along with your other meals. • This is very healthy and very easy to make. It takes less than 10 minutes. Unlike some other salads which are bland, this one has an Indian touch to it where we add crushed peanuts and a tadka to the salad to give it taste and texture.
