Paella is a renown Spanish dish with its characteristic golden colored rice flavored with saffron. This paella recipe takes a luxurious twist with the addition of fresh lobster. For a more flavorful broth to add to the rice, you can make a fresh lobster stock from the leftover shells and bodies. Take a look at this amazing recipe! • • INGREDIENTS: • 2 tbsp Garlic • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper • 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper • 1/2 medium Onion • 1 whole Tomato • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste • 1 tbsp Smoked Spanish Paprika • 1 cup Bomba Rice • 2 cups Chicken Broth • 1 cup Lobster Broth • 1 tsp Saffron • Salt, to taste • 1/2 cup Peas • 1lb Muscles • 2 lb Lobster • 2 whole Lemons • 4 bunches of Rosemary • 1 tbsp Parsley • • DIRECTIONS: • 1.
