Replacing a broken toilet flange on a concrete slab that has broken due to improper installation. In this video I will show you how to remove the old PVC flange from the drain pipe and install a new one. In this video I choose to use a flange with a rubber seal instead of one that glues in place. Either one will work. This slab had in floor heat which means there are hot water lines that are inside the slab for radiant heat. I used a FLIR infrared camera that plugs into the charge port of my phone to be sure there are no water lines near the toilet flange where I was drilling.
