Thomas Graham, Anatol Lieven and Svetlana Savranskaya join a panel on ‘Turning Points in US-Russia Relations’ at a symposium organized by the Monterey Initiative in Russian Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. The panel took place on July 10 in Tbilisi. • Thomas Graham was special assistant to the U.S. president on Russia from 2004 to 2007. He is currently a distinguished fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. • • Anatol Lieven is an author, journalist, and policy analyst.
