Loading cement from the quarry in Smithville Dam doesn't always work because the Cement loading zone is only unlocked thorugh a quest, and it conflicts withthe Quarry loading zone that is already there. • 0:00 driving directly to the Cement loading zone without touching the Quarry loading zone lets me load cement • 0:22 driving across the Quarry loading zone to the cement loading zone does not give me the cargo dialogue; I drive out of both zones and then back into the Cement zone to load cement
