This Black Angus Tri Tip Beef roast is so juicy and delicious, full of flavor, rich in taste and easy to make! • Very useful roasting pan with grill rack: • https://amzn.to/3k2Z1Cg • Top quality meat thermometer: • https://amzn.to/4fgrjAb • Recipe: • 3,7 lbs/1,65kg Black Angus Tri Tip • 1 full teaspoon smoked paprika • 1,5 tablespoons whole peppercorns. crushed • 2 tablespoons sea salt flakes, if using normal salt 1-1,5 tablespoon is enough • Olive oil • Fresh thyme • Baby potatoes • 2-3 tablespoons classic yellow mustard • 1,5 tablespoons soya sauce • Half a tablespoon Worcestershire sauce • Half a teaspoon brown sugar • Salt and pepper • Place the meat in a cold pan, fat side down and turn the heat on high to sear it. • Roast in a preheated oven, fan on, 392F/200C for 15 minutes, then lower the temp. to 284F/140C, turn off the fan and stick a thermometer in the middle of the thick end set to 133F/56C, my piece took about an hour all together. • When ready, let the meat rest for 15-20 minutes before cutting!
