Anime recommendation for Halloween! 🎃 It's the perfect time to watch this if you still haven't because 'Black Butler' season four is expected to launch in 2024! I'm so excited about it and can't wait! You should also expect to see more videos about Ciel and Sebastian on this channel. 😊 • Ciel Phantomhive is a human boy who sold his soul to a demon, but it can't be collected as long as the price isn't paid in full. Boys parents were murdered and he called for a demon to seek justice and find those who killed them. And for as long as Ciel hasn't found the culprits, the demon is bound to serve and protect him no matter the consequence. The demon takes a human form and serves Ciel as his butler. Ciel names him Sebastian. • Just to be clear! It's NOT a shipping video. I love both Ciel and Sebastian but I don't see Ciel and Sebastian's relationship as anything but platonic. A devilishly co-dependent contract binds their souls and because of it, they both find comfort and purpose in one another. There's a lot of angst, banter and sweetness between them that I love, but however close their relationship gets, it's not sexual. Though there are those, who'd disagree... • The anime has at least a few queer-coded characters and it's also pretty dark. But all the gruesome bits are soaked in witty humour, sarcasm and irony. It's a pleasure to watch it even when it hurts. • The third season of Black Butler , OVAs and movies are pretty good and actually add more context and fun to the original story.
