You’ll love this recipe • BANANA MUFFINS • INGREDIENTS: • 2 cups of flour • 2 tbsp baking powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 ½ cups of sugar • 1 tbsp. cinnamon. • 1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans. • 2 cups of overripe bananas (smashed) • ½ cup of melted butter * • ½ cup of vegetable oil* • 2 tbsp vanilla. • *substitute 1 cup or ½ cup of coconut oil, 1 cup of vegetable oil • HOW TO DO: • 1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F • 2. Sift flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. • 3. Add cinnamon, sugar and walnuts or pecans. • 4. In another bowl mix, smashed overripe bananas, vegetable oil and melted butter, vanilla, and eggs. • 5. Pour the ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix. • 6. Pour the mix in muffin tray and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. • 7.
