Polycom VVX 201 VOIP phone reset and configure for Ring Central VOIP service

This is a quick procedure on how to reset and configure your Polycom VVX 201 VOIP phone for Ring Central setup and management. Normally, I don't do phones, yet for this client, I said sure. I did like a couple hundred phones back in 2013 for a Scottsdale, AZ call center, and figured it out then and the instructions I figured out were so much faster than the documentation, and more clear. • I mistakenly called this a VVX 520 and not a VVX 201 because I was reprogramming a Verifone VX 520 a couple times in the past few days and had that on my mind.
