This short video gives an overview of the Eatwell Guide and how to use it to achieve a healthy diet. • This video contains general nutrition advice and is based on the most up to date nutrition guidelines at the time of recording. Speak with your medical professional if you have been given specialized dietary advice or have any individual concerns. • Update 19/08/24: • The UK government nutrition guidelines for 1-5s were updated in April 2024- we are working hard to update all our videos with the new guidelines.
