You can find the full course through the following link, • https://mpc-courses.teachable.com/p/5... • or you can visit https://mobilepacketcore.com • in order to be able to initiate a voice or a video call, while connected to LTE network, the UE first creates a default EPS bearer ,with QCI 5, that will be used to pass signaling messages ,between the UE and the IMS network. then the network will create a dedicated EPS bearer ,with QCI 1, in case of voice call, or QCI 2, in case of video call, to pass the media streams of the call, between the originating UE and the receiving UE.
