The Steam workshop is pretty great when it works , However you do get issue every now and then. There are multiple reasons as to why you would want to see what's what on your Hard drive , whether you've got orphaned files taking up space or you want to reverse engineer a mod. The problem with the workshop is that once files are on your drive they only use a numerical id.
