Verwendet habe ich Rollfondant (Xenos) und selbstgemachtes Frosting. Viel Spaß beim selbst ausprobieren! • My name is Franzi, I'm a student and I love to cook and to bake. This is another backing-video. I make easy Cupcakes with fondant-decoration with the Captain America shield. I do that with fondant and self-made frosting. • Das Rezept für die Cupcakes: 225 g weiche Butter, 225 g feinen Zucker, 4 Eier, 340 g Mehl, 2 TL Backpulver, 4 EL gemahlene Mandeln, 1,5 EL Zitronensaft und 1-3 EL Milch. Die Cupcakes müssen 20 - 25 min bei 175° und Ober und Unterhitze backen. • Frosting: 150 g Butter, 150 g Frischkäse, 150g Puderzucker und eine Vanilleschote • The recipe for the cake: 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 4 eggs, 3 cups of flour, 2 table spoons of backing powder, 4 table spoons of ground almonds, 1,5 table spoon of lemon juice and 1 -- 3 table spoons of milk .
