I did the Specific Carbohydrate Diet about 5 years ago now. This video is intended to be food for thought on some areas that I found particularly important in my healing. I'm not a doctor, just someone who's done it so be sure to do your own research. It's been a few years since I came off the diet and at no point have I had a flare , not at all.
