Put elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and water into a sauce pan. • 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. • 3. Simmer for about 45 minutes, until liquid is reduced by half. • 4. Allow mixture to cool until still warm but not hot. • 5. Strain elderberries out of liquid. • 6. Stir honey into elderberry liquid. • 7.
