Balsam Hill's quick and easy guide on how to string lights on a unlit and pre-lit Christmas tree. In this tutorial, you'll be done troubleshooting the lights of your artificial Christmas tree and how to install replacement bulbs. • What You'll Need: • • Replacement Christmas light strands • • Zip ties and C-clips • • Scissors • Instructions: • 1. First, check that light strings are connected together, that there are no broken or burnt out bulbs, and that fuses are working properly. • 2. If you've checked all of those and light strands still do not work, you'll need to restring your pre-lit tree. On the section that is not working, find the male end of the plug and the master bulb. • 3. Take your new light strand and use a zip tie to attach it near the location of the original master bulb. • 4. Gently remove the original master bulb. • 5. Follow the original light strand and remove each light attached to the branches, replacing them with a new one. You'll need C-clips and zip ties to secure your new lights. • 6. Make sure that the wires don't slip from the branch tips. • 7. Continue until you have replaced the entire light strand. • For more information on hanging lights on Christmas trees, visit our site at https://www.balsamhill.com/how-to-han.... • Connect with us: • Facebook -   / balsamhill   • Twitter -   / balsamhill   • Instagram:   / balsamhill   • Pinterest -   / balsamhill   • Blog - http://blog.balsamhill.com/ • Chapters: • 0:00 Intro • 0:18 3 Things to Check First • 0:46 What You Need • 0:56 Step 1: Removing the Master Bulb • 1:16 Step 2: Attaching Your New Light Strand • 1:43 Step 3: Continuing Down the Wire • 3:00 Outro
