You couldn't go anywhere and not recognize Mr. Hall and Mrs. Penelope from the popular Lottario commercials from the 1980's. Narration by Wintario's Greg Beresford. This 9:00 feature is a promotional video from OLC shows lottery dollars hard at work in various parts of Ontario. Every town, village or city received lottery funding at some point. Even though it's not the same today in Ontario, we can be thankful that at one time lotteries cared enough to do some good things.
