Here's the question we will answer: • How many grams of Cl2 can be prepared from the reaction of 30.0 g of HCl with excess MnO2 according to the following chemical equation? • MnO2 + 4 HCl == MnCl2 + Cl2 + 2 H2O • The question requires us to find the grams of Cl2 given the grams of HCl.
