Let’s try this simple and delicious Korean Kimchi Pancake recipe! • 5 ingredients, 3 steps, and it only takes 10 mins to make this pancake • You can also add seafood or other ingredients to make this pancake • If you like Mochi's video, please subscribe my channel❤ • ====================================== • 韓國泡菜煎餅(2人份) • Korean Kimchi Pancake (for 2) • 材料 • 麵粉(中筋或低筋亦可) - 100克 • 蛋 - 1隻 • 水 - 90克 • 泡菜 - 150克 • 蔥(切段) - 適量 • Ingredients • Flour (All-purpose or cake flour) - 100g • Egg - 1pc • Water - 90g • Kimchi - 150g • Scallion - Right Amount • 做法: • 1. 麵粉過篩,加入蛋和水拌至無顆粒 • 2. 加入泡菜及蔥拌勻 • 3. 燒熱不沾鑊後落油,倒入麵糊成圓餅形,中火煎至兩邊金黃色,完成! • Steps: • 1. Sift the flour. Add egg and water and mix until no lumps • 2. Add kimchi and scallion, mix well • 3. Pre-heat a non-stick pan. Add in oil and spread the batter into a round shape.
