Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans are SUPER easy to make at home, and we have 2 techniques that go from stupid easy to easy, but more controlled. • The best coffee beans to use are anywhere from medium to dark roast. If you go too dark, you will get a burnt taste (because a French Roast often is a charred coffee bean). We went with a local dark roast called Critical Mass Dark Roast. It's brewed by Rogue Elephant Coffee Company, and it's our go-to for not only coating with chocolate, but making espresso from! • For the type of chocolate, that's all personal preference. We prefer dark chocolate for this application, and we went with a 60% cacao. Make sure to get chocolate that is easy to melt. The microwave on 30 second intervals works perfect, but you can always opt for stove top. • Cork and Java Social Media: • Facebook Group – https://bit.ly/34ZYxTG • Twitter – / corkjava • Instagram – / corkandjava • Pinterest – / corkandjava • #espresso #chocolate #CorkandJava
