Like 'The Simpsons', 'Dilbert' (1999) was an animated sitcom aimed at adults. The adaptation of Scott Adams's comic strip was created by Adams himself and Seinfeld writer Larry Charles. Voice artists included Daniel Stern, Chris Elliot, Kathy Griffin, and Jason Alexander. Unfortunately the show aired on UPN, where changing time slots led to cancellation after two seasons. Adams noted that it was slotted after 'the worst TV show ever made' ('Shasta McNasty').
